Digital Products

All products sold through happykitchenofficial.com are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

Cancellation Rights for Digital Content

Customers purchasing digital content may normally have a statutory cancellation period.

However, under UK rules for digital downloads, the right to cancel can be lost once the download or digital supply begins, provided the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this will result in the loss of their cancellation right.

Where applicable, by requesting immediate access to your digital product, you agree that delivery may begin immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once digital delivery has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

Refund Eligibility

Because our products are digital, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once the digital content has been supplied or downloading has begun, where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

We will, however, review refund requests in circumstances such as:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You completed payment but did not receive access to your product.
• The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• A technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it.
• The product supplied is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.
• A refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer law.

UK consumer law requires paid digital content to meet standards including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with its description.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, restore access or provide a replacement download.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate payment.

No Physical Returns

Happy Kitchen sells digital products only.

There is therefore no physical product to return and no return shipping process.
